Refund Policy – Witchdoctor Musambwa Kenya

At Witchdoctor Musambwa Kenya, we value the trust and confidence our clients place in us when seeking spiritual guidance, healing, and ritual services. Our work is based on traditional practices that require preparation, personal time, spiritual energy, and materials. Because of the nature of spiritual services, outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and much of the work involves intangible elements. For this reason, we have established the following Refund Policy:

General Policy

  • All payments for consultations, rituals, or spiritual services are final and non-refundable once the service has begun or been performed.

  • This policy applies regardless of the outcome, as results may vary depending on personal circumstances, beliefs, and spiritual alignment.

Consultation Fees

  • Fees paid for initial consultations (in-person, phone, or online) are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

  • If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you may request to reschedule at no extra charge.

Rituals and Spiritual Work

  • Rituals, blessings, and healing services require time, preparation, and spiritual materials. Once these services begin, refunds are not possible.

  • Clients who fail to attend or participate in scheduled rituals without notice will forfeit any payments made.

Exceptions for Errors

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally make the same payment twice.

  • Wrong amount charged: If there is a clear billing error.

  • Service not delivered: If Witchdoctor Musambwa is unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances.

Deposits & Advance Payments

  • Deposits are sometimes required to secure a booking or ritual.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future service if rescheduling is agreed upon.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Cash (for in-person consultations)

  • Mobile Money (M-Pesa)

  • Bank transfer or other agreed methods

Client Responsibility

By engaging with Witchdoctor Musambwa’s services, clients acknowledge that:

  • Spiritual work is personal and outcome-based refunds cannot be guaranteed.

  • They have read and understood this Refund Policy before making payments.
